Return Material Authorization Policy

TGC will accept returns as a customer accommodation under the following conditions:
  1. A customer request for an RMA is required within 30 days of the billing invoice date.
  2. Product must be returned within 30 days of the RMA date.
  3. Customer will receive credit only for product included on the RMA and in sellable condition.
  4. May be subject to a Restocking Fee based on Management’s discretion.
  5. Customer pays all freight charges.
  6. TGC will not accept returns of special order, non-stocking, made to order, or cancelation of third party customer orders.

TGC will accept returns due to a product quality issue under the following conditions:
  1. Customer notifies TGC of a quality issue. TGC will initiate NCR.
  2. TGC will issue an RMA to return the item. TGC will issue a credit memo following receipt of the defective item.
  3. TGC pays all freight.
  4. If it is determined that the product was misused, or deemed not defective upon inspection, customer can be charged back freight cost.

TGC will accept returns due to issues not related to product quality under the following conditions
(shipping errors or order entry errors on the part of TGC):
  1. A customer request for an RMA is received within 30 days of the billing invoice date.
  2. Product is returned within 30 days of the RMA date.
  3. Customer will receive a credit only for product returned in sellable condition.
  4. TGC will pay freight charges for the return.
